                                                            Section Ⅲ  Electric Part

XX市龙泉山污水处理厂安装工程电气部分主要工作量见工程量清单。

            For main workload of electric part of installation engineering for XX Longquanshan Sewage Treatment Factory, please refer to the Bill of Quantities.

 1、电气安装

1.Electrical installation                            

1.1配管及管内穿线

1.1 Tubing and tubular threading

1.1.1 严格按照《建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范》GB50303-2002进行配线。The wiring is strictly in accordance with GB50303-2002 of Code of Acceptance of Construction Quality of Electrical Installation in Building.

1.1.2 严格按照设计要求选好预埋所需管子的型号、规格、数量,然后对管子进行一系列的加工,再按照设计、规范和质评标准进行管路编号敷设,作好隐蔽工程记录,在系统接地连通可靠后,按工序流水作业要求将导线穿入管内并与各用电设备连接。 It is required to select the model, specification and quantity of embedded pipes strictly according to the requirements of design, make a series of processing and then make the pipeline laying in a sequence of number in the light of design, criterion and quality assessment standards as well as make good records of engineering; after the system grounding is put through reliably, it is supposed to put the conductor into the pipe and connect with any powered device according to the requirements of process pipelining.

1.1.3防腐镀锌钢管埋地深度大于0.5m,半硬塑料管其保护层不小于15mm,所配管子其弯曲半径不小于管外径的10倍,弯曲处弯扁度不大于管外径的10%,穿过设备基础的钢管应加保护管,镀锌层剥落处应涂以防腐漆。The depth of embedded anticorrosive galvanized steel pipe shall be more than 0.5m, and the thickness of protective layer of semi-hard plastic pipe is not less than 15mm; the bending radius of piping is not less than 10 times of external diameter of pipe, and the bending and flatting degree of bend isn’t more than 10% of external diameter of pipe. The steel pipe crossing the equipment foundation shall be protected with protective tube, and the exfoliation of galvanized layer shall be also applied with anticorrosive paint.

1.1.4 镀锌钢管进入箱(盒)处应顺直,固定可靠,其露出的长度小于5mm并用锁紧螺母固定,管子露出锁紧螺母的螺纹为2-4扣,进入电缆沟内的长度不小于60mm以便与电缆沟内的接地母线可靠连接。The galvanized steel pipe shall be put into the case (box) straightly, firmly and reliably. The length of exposed part shall be less than 5mm, and fastened with lock nut; the screw thread of exposed lock nut of the pipe adopts 2-4 buckles, and the length of lock nut into cable trench is not less than 60mm so that it guarantees reliable connection with earth bus inside the cable trench.

1.1.5 导线在导管内不得有接头或扭结,在箱(盒)内应留有适当的余量,穿线后不进入箱(盒)的管口应作好密封处理。照明线路在接线盒内连接采用安全压线帽,利用三点抱压式压线钳进行连接。The conductor shall not be knotted or twisted in the conductor pipe, or leave proper space in the case (box). The pipe orifice outside the case (box) after threading shall be sealed well. The connection of lighting circuit inside the connection box adopts safety wire joint and makes connection with three-point extrusion type wire clamp. 

1.1.6 所有导线应连接牢固,包扎严密,绝缘良好,不伤线芯,导线间和导线对地间绝缘电阻必须大于0.5兆欧。 All conductors shall be connected firmly and wrapped closely as well as insulated well without damaging wire core. The insulation resistance between conductors or conductor and ground must be more than 0.5 megohm.

1.2 电缆线路的敷设

1.2 Laying of cable line  

    严格按照设计要求明确电缆的型号、规格和电缆线路的起点、敷设路径、终点。敷设原则是:先敷设集中的电缆,后敷设分散的电缆;先敷设电力电缆,后敷设控制电缆及仪表电缆;先敷设长的电缆,后敷设短的电缆。最后和设备、仪表可靠连接并作好记录。It’s required to confirm the model and specification of cable, start point of cable line, laying path and end point strictly according to the requirements of design. The laying principle is as follows: firstly lay the concentrated cables, and then lay the scattered cables; firstly lay the electric power cables, and then lay the control cables and instrument cables; firstly lay long cables, and then lay short cables; finally, connect with the instrument and device reliably and make good records.

    (1)严格按照《电气装置安装工程电缆线路施工及验收规范》GB50168-92 进行电缆敷设,要求电缆无绞拧、压扁、护层断裂和表面严重划伤等缺陷。The cable shall be laid strictly according to the GB50168-92 of Erection Works of Electrical Installations Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cable Levels, and without any defect of wring, flattening, protective layer fracture and serious scratch of the surface, etc.

    (2)首先检查电缆型号、电压等级是否符合设计要求,电缆有无损伤、有无合格证。Firstly check whether the cable model and voltage grade conform to the design requirements, or there are damage and qualified certificate or not.

    (3)1kV以下的电缆用摇表测试绝缘电阻值;对于10kV高压电缆,作耐压试验和泄漏试验。测试完毕,对两端头用橡皮包布密封后再用黑布包扎好,防止电缆受潮。The insulation resistance value of below 1kV cables shall be tested with megger, and the high-pressure cables 10kV shall be conducted with withstand voltage test and leakage test. After the tests are finished, it’s required to seal the two ends with rubber wrapped cloth and wrapped it up with black cloth so as to prevent the cables from being affected with damp.

    (4)敷设前按设计和实际路径计算每一根实际长度,合理安排每盘电缆以减少电缆头制作工作量,避免浪费。Before laying, calculate actual length of each pipe according to the design requirements and actual path; arrange any cable rationally to reduce the workload of fabricating cable head and avoid the waste.

    (5)敷设时将电缆编排好,按事先的编号有序敷设,每放完一根就整理卡固一根。敷设完后用麻丝、沥青将管口封堵严密。When laying, the cable shall be arranged in proper order and laid in a sequence of prescheduled number. Each pipe shall be laid and fastened well. After the laying is finished, block the pipe orifice with hemp and asphaltum closely.

    (6)电缆头与接头必须严格按照工艺规程进行,同时由经过培训的熟悉工艺人员进行,并保证电缆的绝缘要求。电缆头安装固定牢靠、相序正确,标志牌清晰齐全。The cable head and joint shall be strictly accordance with process specification and connected by proficient technologists in order to meet the requirements of cable insulation. 

    (7)电缆沟内的支架,伸入电缆沟内的镀锌钢管全部应与沟内的接地母线可靠焊接。伸入电缆沟内的镀锌钢管的弯头不应超过3个,直角弯不应超过2个。All supports inside cable trench and galvanized steel pipe stretching into cable trench shall be firmly welded with earth bus inside cable trench. The number of elbows of galvanized steel pipe stretching into cable trench shall not more than 3 pieces, and the number of square bend shall not more than 2 pieces.

1.3 变压器安装及联线

1.3 Transformer installation and connection

    (1)变压器安装在变压器就位前找平基础轨道,然后用手动起重机将变压器慢慢吊移到变压器基础上,找正找平后固定,并加抗震装置。The transformer shall be installed on leveling-off foundation track in the front of location of transformer, and then the transformer is hoisted and transferred to the foundation of transformer by manual crane slowly; after alignment and leveling-off, it shall be fixed and installed with earthquake-proof device.                  

    (2)变压器联线分别敷设变压器工作零线与中性接地线,接地要绝对可靠。变压器的一、二次引线不得使变压器的套管直接受力。 The transformer connection shall be respectively laid with working zero line and neutral earth wire. The transformer shall also be connected to the ground reliably. The primary and secondary leading wires of the transformer can’t be pressed to the tubing of transformer.   

    (3)变压器检查运行   在变压器试运行前要进行全面仔细检查(如是否加油等),确认符合要求后投入空载试运行24小时,无异常情况方可投入负载运行。 Before trial run, it’s required to check the transformer carefully and wholly (i.e. whether adding oil or not) and make no-load trial run for 24 hours after confirming the conformity to the requirements). If no abnormal situations are found, it can only make load running.  

1.4 高低压柜安装

1.4 Installation of high and low-voltage cabinet 

(1)首先安装好基础型钢,且基础型钢应校直、刷漆,用水平尺找正找平,基础型钢应符合下表要求:Firstly install foundation formed steel and then align and

paint as well as level off it with leveling rod. The foundation formed steel shall conform to the requirements of the list below:

   (2)基础槽钢安装完毕,将室外接地干线引入,分别与基础槽钢两端焊牢,使其接地可靠。After the foundation channel steel finishes installation, the outdoor earth trunk line shall be led in and firmly welded with two ends of foundation channel steel respectively so as to guarantee the reliability of grounding.

    (3)高低压柜安装Installation of high and low-voltage cabinet 

        按照先里后外、先靠墙后入门的先后顺序将电气设备运到安装的基础槽钢上,用0.5mm的铁皮找正找平设备,其结果应符合下表要求:The electrical equipment shall be conveyed to the foundation channel steel installed in a sequence from inside and outside and from closing the wall to going into the door. The results shall conform to the requirements of the list below:

    (4)电气设备安装找正找平后固定,再对每台柜单独用6mm2钢编织带与基础型钢接地。The electrical equipment shall be installed, aligned, leveled off and finally fastened. After this, each cabinet will be connected to the ground with 6mm2 steel woven band and foundation formed steel.

    (5)高低压柜母线配制Preparation of bus of high and low-voltage cabinet

        首先放线测量出各段母线的加工尺寸,然后下料、切断、钻孔,并在接头处烫锡处理,然后用专用螺栓连接,最后刷上色漆。Firstly pay out and measure the processing size of any section of bus, and then make blanking, cutting and drilling; treat the joint with ironing tin, connect with special bolt and finally brush the enamel.

1.5热缩电缆头制作

1.5 Fabrication of heat-shrinkable cable head

    (1)剥除电缆护层:首先从电缆端头量取550mm,剥支外护套;然后从外护层断口量取30mm铠装,用铅丝绑扎后,其余剥支;最后从铠装断口量取20mm内垫层,其余剥支,摘支填充物,分开芯线。Removing the protective layer of cable: measure 550mm from cable end, and remove external protective sleeve of support; then measure 30mm armored cable from fracture of external protective layer and bind up it with tinned wire, as well as peel it off; finally, measure 20mm inner cushion from fracture of armored cable, peel it off and remove the filler as well as divide core line.

   (2)焊接地线:将铜编织线拆开分成三份,重新编织分别绕各相,用电烙铁、焊锡焊接在屏蔽铜 带上;用砂布打光钢带焊接区,用铜丝绑扎后与钢铠焊牢。在密封处的地线用锡填满编织线,形成防潮段。Welding earth wire: separate copper woven wire into three pieces, weave it again and enwind the phase respectively as well as weld it on the shielded copper band with electric iron and soldering tin; polish steel band welding area with sandcloth, and firmly weld with armored cable after wrapping up with copper wire. The earth wire at the sealed point shall be filled with woven wires by tin in order to guard against damp.

   (3)包绕填充胶、固定三叉手套:先用电缆填充胶填充并包绕三芯分支处,使其外观成橄榄状,然后将手套套入三叉根部,用喷灯从手套的根部依次向两端加热收缩固定,加热时加热温度控制在110~120℃之间,调节喷灯火焰呈黄色柔和火焰,谨防高温蓝色火焰,以避免烧伤热缩材料;开始加热材料时,火焰要慢慢接近热缩材料,在材料周围移动,均匀加热,保持火焰朝着收缩方向预热材料。火焰应螺旋状前进,保证管子沿周围方向充分均匀收缩。Encysted compounded latex and fixed three-arm glove: fill with cable filling latex and encyst three-core branching points to make its appearance show olive-shape; and then put the glove into the bottom of three-arm, heat and shrink and fasten it with blast lamp from the glove bottom to two ends. When heating, the heating temperature shall be controlled between 110~120; the flame of blast lamp is adjusted to be light flame in yellow color for purpose of avoiding high-temperature blue flame and burning heat-shrinkable materials; When the materials start to be heated, the flame gets close to heat-shrinkable materials slowly and moves around the materials; it evenly heats and keeps flame preheating the materials toward the shrinking direction. The flame shall move in spiral shape to guarantee the surroundings of the pipe fully and evenly shrunk toward the surrounding direction.

   (4)剥铜屏蔽层和半导电层:由手套指端量取55mm铜屏蔽层,其余剥支;从铜屏蔽层端量取20mm半导电层,其余剥去。Removable copper shielding layer and semiconductive layer: measure 55mm copper shielding layer with gloved finger end, and peel it off; and then measure 20mm semiconductive layer from the end of copper shielding layer and peel it off.

   (5)固定应力管:用清洁剂清理铜屏蔽层、半导电层、绝缘表面,确保表面无碳迹,然后,三相分别套入应力管,搭接铜屏蔽层20mm,从应力管下端开始向上加热收缩固定。Fixed stress control pipe: clean shielding layer, semiconductive layer and insulation surface with detergent to ensure no carbon mark on the surface; then, three-phase is respectively led into stress control tube, and copper shielding layer is overlapped for 20mm. Finally, start to heat, shrink and fasten from the bottom of stress control tube.

   (6)压接端子:先确定引线长度,按端子孔深加5mm剥削芯线绝缘,然后用压线钳压接端子,清洁表面后,用填充胶填充端子与绝缘之间的间隙及接线端子上的压抗,并搭接绝缘层和端子各10mm,使其平滑Pressure welding terminal: firstly determine the length of leading wire, and insulate with 5mm peel-off core wire as per the depth of terminal hole, then make pressure welding with the terminals by crimper; after cleaning the surface, fill up the clearance between terminal and insulation with compounded latex and set off the pressure resistance of connection terminal, as well as overlap insulation layer and terminal for 10mm respectively to make it smooth.

   (7)固定绝缘管:清洁绝缘管,应力管和指套表面后,套入绝缘管至三叉根部,由根部起加热固定。Fixed insulating tube: After cleaning insulating tube, stress control tube and finger sleeve surface, lead insulating tube into the bottom of three-arm cable and start heating and fastening from the bottom.

   (8)固定相色密封管:将相色密封管套在端子接管部位,先预热端子,由上端起加热固定。Fixed phase sealed tube: cover the connection part of terminals with phase sealed tube, and preheat the terminal and then heat and fasten it from the top.

   (9)电缆头制作完毕后,作耐压和泄漏试验,合格后方可送电运After the cable head finishes fabrication, it needs to make pressureproof and leakage tests; after qualified, it can only be conducted with electric running.

2、电气调试

2. Electric debugging

2.1电气设备调试工程量(见工程量清单)

Quantities of electric equipment debugging (referring to the Bill of Quantities)

2.2  电气调试前应具备的条件Necessary conditions before electric debugging

(1)试验时应清洁、安静、光线充足、无振动和电磁干扰。It shall be clean, quiet and full beam without vibration and electromagnetic interference during the period of test.

(2)试验室内环境温度应在20±5℃,相对温度不大于85%的范围之内,且应具有上下水设施。The ambient temperature of laboratory shall be 20±5, and the relative temperature is not more than 85%; it is also provided with upbound and launching facilities.

(3)电源电压稳定。The supply voltage shall be stable.

(4)试验室应符合消防管理的有关规定The laboratory shall conform to relevant regulations of fire control.

(5)所有送检的一次元件外观应完好无损、无修饰和划痕,名牌标示应清洗完整、符合设计要求。The appearances of primary elements to be submitted for censorship shall be complete without damage, ornament and scratch. The nameplate sign shall be cleaned wholly and conform to the requirements of design.

(6)校验用标准电气和仪器,应具备有效地鉴定《合格证书》,确保仪器在有校使用期限内。Standard electric equipment and instrument for checkout shall be provided with effective and authenticated Qualification Certificate in order to guarantee valid using term of instrument.

(7)设计图纸、清册及设备厂家说明书等提供完整,生产单位的各种定值提供完齐全。The design drawings, detailed list and manufacturer’s instruction shall be provided wholly, and various definite values of production unit are also provided wholly.

(8)各种检定规程齐全Various verification regulations are complete.

2.4电气调校准备

2.4 Preparation for electric debugging and calibration

2.4.1技术准备Technical preparation

(1)熟悉和了解有关的设计图纸、随机图纸,设计资料及设备、元件的产品说明书。Get familiar with and understand relevant design drawings, random drawings, design data and equipment and instructions of element products.

(2)在调校工作开始以前,根据所要调校系统的技术难易程度、生产工艺的技术要求和工作现场的环境状况,组织参与调校的人员,进行技术、安全学习和交底,务必做到对技术要求心中有数,对安全要求高度重视。Before start with debugging and calibration , organize the personnel for debugging and calibration  to make study on technique and safety and conduct detailed clarifications, be sure to know fairly technical requirements well and pay great attention to the safety requirements.

(3)制订设备、元件及各个单位系统调校措施,各个调校阶段的相应的安全措施。以及试车、投运方案等。Work out the measures of debugging and calibration  of equipment, element and any unit system and relevant safety measures of all debugging and calibration  phases, and formulate the schemes of trial run and commissioning.

2.4.2 组织准备Organization and preparation

(1) 根据工程进展情况,组织调校小组人员及时进驻现场开展工作。上岗人员应持有上岗证和计量检定员证。According to the project progress, organize the personnel of debugging and calibration  team to enter the site and develop the works timely. The on-post personnel shall hold working permit and certificate of measuring and verification personnel.

(2)了解和掌握施工进度情况和安装质量情况,与安装单位密切配合,并到现场实地了解所到设备、元件等的型号、规格、参数等是否符合设计与工艺要求。若发现有不符者,应及时向建设单位和设计单位联系,要求予以更换或修改设计。Understand and grasp the situations of construction progress and installation quality, make close cooperation with installation unit, go to the site and check whether the models, specifications and parameters of equipment and elements conform to the requirements of design and technology. If the non-conformity is found, it is supposed to contact with construction unit and design unit and request it to replace or alter the design.

3、校验台(室)仪器准备

3. Preparation of instrument at calibration stand (room)

    调校工作开始以前,应准备好校验台(室)及校验仪器设备。校验、校验仪器设备数量、规格见第八章(工程资源配置计划)中的电气、仪表调试用工具一览表。Before start with debugging and calibration , prepare the calibration stand (room) and calibration instrument & apparatus well. For quantity and specification of calibration and calibration equipment & apparatus, please see the Detailed List of Tools for Electrics and Instrument Debugging in Chapter VIII (Plan of Engineering Resources Configuration).
